Logic Systems Sound and Lighting has a fully-equipped service department capable of component and board level troubleshooting and repair. Our staff of experienced and qualified technicians is trained to service professional audio and musical instrument equipment. We do not service home, auto or consumer audio components. The types of equipment most commonly serviced include tube and solid state guitar amplifiers, bass amplifiers, speakers, mixers, keyboards, guitars, basses, power amplifiers and other professional rack equipment. We perform warranty and non-warranty work for a large number of manufacturers.

Our technicians are very skilled in performing custom modifications to guitar and bass amplifiers. Typical customizations include, but are not limited to, adding a footswitch, reverb section, or master volume, retrofitting to vintage specifications, or rewiring preamp sections to alter the tone. From subwoofers and horns to drivers and monitors, all of your speaker troubleshooting and reconing needs are handled by technicians trained and certified by the leading audio manufacturers. We perform warranty and non-warranty repairs and services.

Service Policies. Before bringing equipment in for service, be sure to check all input/output devices to isolate the problem in the suspect unit (i.e. cables, speakers, microphones, etc.) Check all settings to eliminate incorrect adjustments or software problems. Equipment repairs which are diagnosed as "no problem found" or "operator error" are not covered by manufacturer warranties and will be charged at the prevailing hourly bench rate. Speaker and electronic manufacturer warranties cover defects in manufacturing. They do not cover the cost of repairing blown or over-driven equipment. Warranty status can only be determined after the technician dissembles the unit and identifies the defect that caused the unit to fail.
